As a member of the Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) we're part of the largest and oldest membership associations in our field. The organizations networking opportunities and

National Occupational Competence Testing Institute N.O.C.T.I.
Proctor/Test Administrator: This program is for Vocational High School graduating seniors. The students are given 2 practical exams. Dean H. Soliday/Owner Doc's Plumbing believes that participating in this program helps young people coming into our craft as well as giving back to our community state wide.
